Our Ballerup team within the Energy and Industrial Automation (E&IA) division is expanding, and we are currently seeking a:
Project Engineer - Factory Control Systems (hybrid work model).
The role entails:
Following extensive training, you will independently undertake the following responsibilities within project-oriented teams:
Planning the entire approval project process and executing product tests in collaboration with our international customers.
Verifying the compliance of industrial control panels, machinery, and similar equipment against current international standards, focusing on UL 2011, NFPA 79, UL 508A, IEC/EN 60204-1, 2006/42/EC, ANSI/UL 1740, and UL 3100.
Developing the approval strategy in relation to the technologies used.
Working closely with our laboratories and sales team.
Occasionally overseeing or conducting tests in both internal and external laboratories.
Compiling final reports, predominantly in English.
Creating and delivering presentations/seminars at client locations.
Profile Requirements:
A completed engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Automation Technology or equivalent, along with experience in Industrial Automation, especially concerning industrial control panels and machinery.
Solid experience in the electrical industry, preferably in testing and certification, or alternatively in development and/or project management.
Hands-on experience with applying conformity standards such as UL 2011, NFPA 79, UL 508A, IEC/EN 60204-1, 2006/42/EC, ANSI/UL 1740, and UL 3100 is beneficial.
Excellent project management abilities.
A structured, autonomous work approach, robust analytical skills, and adaptability.
Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, coupled with a keen interest in technology.
Proficiency in Danish, English, and Swedish.
A class B driver's license and a readiness to travel.
