职位描述
- Check accounts with customers, report and coordinate differences according to procedures, and push operation team to collect payment in time;
按照既定流程与所辖客户进行定期对账，报告、协调处理差异，督促业务人员及时回款；
- Contact the overdue accounts for collections, follow up and solve the problems related to the project in real time;
联系逾期账户进行催收，实时跟进解决与项目相关的问题；
- Responsible for customer credit management also bad debt risk control, and report to leader;
对客户进行信用管理和坏账风险管控，向上级汇报；
- Participated in the improvement and implementation of the credit control process;
参与部门内信控管理流程的优化和落实；
- Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
完成领导交代的其他任务。
任职资格:
大专及以上学历，1年及以上工作经验优先；
对应收账款处理及跟进工作有一定的了解；
良好的英文读写能力，熟练掌握和使用office办公软件；
语言表达沟通能力和书面写作能力强，逻辑思维清晰，具有高效执行力，能承受一定的工作压力，并具有较强的团队合作意识及高度责任感。
