UL, LLC Senior Renewals Analyst - Revenue Operations in Northbrook, Illinois

  • Responsible for identifying and implementing changes to reduce inefficiencies throughout S&A renewals, across sub-COUs

  • Document process improvement impacts

  • Work closely with enablement function to drive efficient change management

  • Systems health and optimization

  • Continuous education of CRM best practice across the CSS/Renewals organization

  • Detailed understanding of UL’s systems limitations and capabilities

  • Develop business systems flow in direct relation to process improvements

  • Develop trusted and collaborative relationship with Commercial Operations

  • ARR data quality and validity

  • Strong understanding of ARR calculations

  • Thorough understanding of process and systems flow impacts to true ARR data

  • Works closely with the Budget & Planning Rev Ops function

  • Support Renewals & CSS organization through the ARR reporting journey

  • Relationship management with various Renewal & CSS stakeholders

  • Manage cross functional relationship to drive business value measured outcomes

  • Act as an influencer of progress based on project and operational milestones

  • Listen, collaborate, and educate the CSS/Renewals organization team members (in collaboration with the enablement function)

  • Create a strong, trustworthy, and effective r elationship with CSS/Renewals management team members

  • Drive collaboration to manage the process and systems roadmap for Renewals & CS organization

  • Stay current on S&A sales results, operations updates and business strategy

  • Execute on management and personal annual goals

  • Total Rewards: All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 10% of the base salary offered.   • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors Degree)

  • 5+ years of directly related experience.

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills

  • Ability to work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires a variety of factors, including understanding the sales process.

  • Creative and innovative thinking to problem solve and streamline processes.

  • Communication and coordination skills to work with different teams to share data, influence decision making, etc.

  • Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers.
