UL, LLC Demand Generation Specialist in United Kingdom

  • Has accountability for the performance and results within own discipline or function

  • Supports activities and projects to develop and optimize the strategy for marketing technology tools support, identifies areas where technologies and toolsets can improve performance and provides new functionalities to meet business objectives.

  • Develops strong working relationships with business, marketing and sales peers to define and oversee process creation, implementation, governance and continuous improvement to increase adoption and ensure alignment for lead development, contact acquisition, event support and demand generation.

  • Supports activities and projects to develop, manage and execute measurable demand generation campaigns that engage and nurture prospects to increase sales pipeline and deliver direct revenue.

  • Supports activities and projects to provide input to optimum inbound and outbound tactic mix and works closely with strategic communications and business peers to provide input on optimal content strategies that drive successful demand generation programs.

  • Supports activities and projects to analyze and translate data into actionable insights on program performance, marketing impact and forecasting.

  • Supports activities and projects to optimize teleservices including business development, contact acquisition, event support.

• Generally 2 years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency

• Strong written and oral communications

• Strong collaboration

• Strong project planning and management

• Business acumen

• Budget tracking

• Analytical skills

• Capabilities and experience working with cross-functional peers. Team player.

• Foundational knowledge of demand generation strategies and MAP/CRM tools.
