UL, LLC Laboratory Manager (Toy Testing) in Indonesia
Lead toy testing team of 2 technicians to perform physical abuse tests per country requirements and client’s protocol
Provide technical advice and support for daily operations.
Manage laboratory facilities, consumables, and physical test equipment.
Responsible for calibration and maintenance of equipment
Implement laboratory safety, 5S, lean and other guidelines.
Provide trainings and technical advice to technicians.
Lead laboratory personnel to ensure smooth operations of the laboratory and within turnaround time.
Liaise with other colleagues in China and Vietnam in providing various supports.
Any other job as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or above from recognized university in the science field.
At least 5 years solid work experience in laboratory science discipline or toy industry.
Experience in people management
Experience in core equipment operation/maintenance is a plus.
Possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills, is attentive to details, and is a self-starter with the ability to work under pressure; and
Possess excellent computer skills; written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Indonesia)
